Bill and his colleagues at Flood Emergency Services were absolutely wonderful!! In what could've been a nightmare situation - with mum living in the house that suffered storm damage and flooding into the bedroom and hallway: their prompt, courteous expertise and remedial work was a very welcome relief! Their high standard of work and level of communication meant that mum didn't have to be re-homed during the work, making it much less of an ordeal. Thank you!!Kim
